FBA

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a storage and shipping service that Amazon offers to help business owners sell their products.  Amazon handles receiving, picking, and packing the products in the center before shipping them to the customer.

FBM

Fulfillment By Merchant (FBM) is when the seller is in control of his entire handling and shipping process. Instead of paying a service fee and shipping inventory to Amazon to handle, the seller uses his or her own resources and sends the items directly to the buyer. By choosing FBM, a seller takes complete control of the entire process, from purchasing, to shipping and receiving.

商家履约 (FBM) 简称自发货，指卖家控制其整个处理和运输过程。卖家无需将库存运送到亚马逊进行处理和支付服务费，而是使用自己的资源将商品直接发送给买家。通过选择 FBM，卖家可以完全控制从采购到运输和接收的全过程。

BOL

Bill of Lading（BOL）is a legal document issued by a carrier to a shipper that details the type, quantity, and destination of the goods being carried.  Amazon BOL is issued by Amazon to carrier for pick-up. When there are two or more orders shipping from the same pick-up location to the same Amazon fulfilment center and the required delivery date is the same, consolidate orders into one shipment with one Bill of Lading.

POD

Proof of Delivery（POD）means electronically captured delivery information, which includes the time of delivery, full delivery address, and the name and signature of the person who accepted your shipment.

SKU

A stock-keeping unit (SKU) is a scannable bar code, most often seen printed on product labels in a retail store. The label allows vendors to automatically track the movement of inventory. The SKU is composed of an alphanumeric combination of eight-or-so characters. The characters are a code that track the price, product details, and the manufacturer.

FNSKU

Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit (FNSKU) is an Amazon-unique term to describe the barcodes that help to identify and track products and connect them to the seller. This product-identifying code is used to help Amazon label seller’s product in their fulfillment centers.

LPN

The Amazon License Plate Number (LPN) is a unique serial number that identifies specific items throughout the fulfillment process. LPN is commonly used by Amazon for items that have been categorized as unfulfillable. The most common way in which an item is categorized as unfulfillable is if the item is returned by a shopper.
